About
KTW

Kodiak Trail Works is founded on three principles: quality, creativity and efficiency. Specializing in flowtrails, the company aims to raise the standards of mountain biking trails in Eastern Canada.  KTW prioritizes meticulous trail design, and intelligent trail speed management is KTW’s signature. Each of our projects offers a unique experience to every rider who ventures onto it. We want athletes of all levels to enjoy the sport and progress.

The end goal of KTW is to elevate each build and continuously grow as builders. We want to contribute to the growth and development of the sport.  We are always  looking for ways to improve every project.

Our principles

FROM IMPLEMENTATION
TO COMPLETION

01 - Quality

The KTW team is committed to work closely with trail associations and local communities to build and improve projects that truly meet customer’s expectations and needs. Our aim is to produce the best possible results for the communities.

02 - Creativity

Each trail is individually designed to offer a unique experience every time. Taking into account the customer’s requirements, the terrain and the needs of the local community, the KTW team adds its own special touch to each project, demonstrating creativity from ideation to trail completion.

03 - Efficacity

KTW showcases an operator with over fifteen years of equipment experience who follows a holistic approach to trail building. This means that all the focus can be put towards trail creativity and design for the project, without the worry of inexperienced or unsafe equipment operation.

Our vision

Creation
of experiences

KTW team believes in building trails with the land and letting the trail find its own best path, rather than forcing awkward trails into the local landscape.

We always keep in mind our mission to improve mountain biking in Eastern Canada and to increase accessibility to the sport. We measure the success of each project by the pleasure users derive from riding it, and the real and unique addition it makes to the overall project of the association or mountain.
